While it pains me to lose yet another great from our chosen profession I also had great news today...A fan informed me a former student of mine is up for an ESPY...Seems someone sent to YOUTUBE a brief film of my ex-student Keith "POTATOES"Patterson doing a leaping lenny piggyback ride reversed move on a wrestler who goes by the name "DRUNKEN BASTARD" at a softball game !!!!Thats right a softball game...His foul crotch odor had the DD taping out in seconds...So good luck to "POTATOES" on his chance at "Best wrestling move by a amatuer"ESPY...

Hey Full Moon Softball! I have a connection to your team. My second cousin used to be the manager of your softball team before that unorganized fool Patterson took over!

Big Boss Man
British Bulldog
Ravishing Rick Rude
Miss Elizabeth

I heard they cancelled Monday Night Raw to show a three hour tribute to Benoit. I wonder if they're regretting that decision now that it was revealed he strangled his wife and smothered his kid before hanging himself.

Anyway, you're right about the crazy life they live, Wolf. With all their focus on baseball, it seems that the congressional steroids hearings kind of missed the boat on wrestling. I mean, when was the last time a baseball player died a steroids-related death?

Yo Dave. The 1st two that popped in my mind were Mr. Perfect & Bam Bam Bigelow. It really is unbelievable how often these relatively young (usually in their 30's or 40's) guys die. But, they do live a very stressful & hectic life. They are ALL sooooooooo juiced-up, on the road 320 days a year (so the obvious hardcore coke & heroin habits start), & get treated like absolute dog-shit by Vince McMahon and his cohorts. Although they are somewhat celebrities, it really sounds like it can be a very depressing way to live.

Anybody hear about Chris Benoit's death? It's an apparent murder-suicide that also claimed his wife and son.

It makes you wonder... what the fuck is up with pro wrestling and all the sudden deaths and suicides? I think it may be a realistic estimate to say that roughly 20% of the wrestling stars from when I used to watch it as a kid are now dead.

Here is just one:

1.) Owen Hart

I'm sure we could come with a list of about 25-30 fairly big names if we tried.
